Triple distilled rectified spirit bottled at extreme 95% alc./vol. This is often used as a base for liqueurs and other infusions, and it is not to be drank neat. The year 1410 in the name of our Spirytus is our tribute to the Battle of Grunwald (Bitwa pod Grunwaldem) as well as the secret recipe of a Polish home distiller, who would use the following ingredients to make his bimberek (moonshine) 1 kg of sugar, 4 liters of water and 10 dekagrams of yeast (1-4-10). Although our Spirytus is not made using this recipe, it is part of our Polish culture that we would like to preserve into the future.
