Handmade by peeling the yellow zest from lemons without the white pith and then steeped in our Spirytus (95% alc./vol.) for one month and then diluted with simple syrup.  Limoncello is often enjoyed as an aperitif (before a meal) or as a digestif (after a meal).  It may be served chilled (but not over ice) to exalt its flavours.  Our customers say it may be as good if not better than the ones they tried in Sorrento, Italy!
